Carte et Cadeau

Me revoici avec une 2è création pour la DT Like For ever en utilisant le kit de Décembre.
Here I am again, using the Like for Ever December Kit for my second DT member creation.

Ce weekend, nous étions invités et j'aime bien surprendre mes hôtes ..... Pour changer un peu du traditionnel bouquet de fleurs, je suis tombée sur une boite de bougies parfumées. Je les ai repérées car j'aimais beaucoup leur design actuel et aussi très adapté à nos prochaines tables de fêtes....
This weekend we were invited to dinner and, I must confess, I like to sometimes surprise my hosts. Instead of the traditional flower bouquet we usually bring when invited, I’d picked up a box of perfumed candles. I love candles at Christmas and spotted these because I particularly liked their trendy design and they perfectly seemed to fit my Christmas spirit….

C'esr ce cadeau qui m'a servi de point de départ pour ma création... J'ai essayé de faire une carte qui se mariait avec mon cadeau....
The box of candles was the starting point of my inspiration and I decided to make a card that matched it.
 

Tout d'abord, j'ai utilisé le fichier de découpe flocon (fichier gratuit pour les inscrits au groupe Facebook Like for Ever subscribers). La papier Brrr vient du kit du mois de Décembre et le Tag Heidi Swap vient du Documenting Bundle du mois de Décembre.
First, I used December’s Snowflake Cut File (available via the like for ever subscriber Facebook group). The ‘Brr’ background comes from the cut apart patterned paper and I also used two Heidi Swap tags from the Documenting bundle.

Après avoir fini ma carte, j'ai emballé mon cadeau dans du papier Kraft, et j'ai essayé de créer une unité avec la carte en reprenant un tag, un élément en bois, un sequin et un tampon de la collection Oh joy Stamp de chez Pink fresh Studio.
Then, in addition to the card, I tried to wrap the present in a nice way, using another tag that reminds us of the one from the card.  The stars on the tag are the cut outs from the snowflake’s center. I added the same type of sequin that I used on the card and stamped both the card and the wrapping with Pinkfresh Studio’s Oh Joy Stamp Set. To finish both the card and the wrapping, I added a wooden element. All these details on both the card and the tag create a unity.
