Here I am with a new Scrappy Friday, creating along with a sketch by Laura Rumble.
Le problème avec Laura, c'est qu'elle manie la couture en scrap comme personne, et que moi...Non! LOL! Alors il me faut ruser, et l'adapter sans couture... Avec des techniques très personnelles... En tous cas, voici ma page :
The problem with Laura is that she masters sewing so well it undoubtedly inspires her to create her sketches. The problem with me is that I haven't got a clue on how to sew, so I have to use a lot of imagination to do it differently. LOL! Here is my page:
J'ai utilisé une photo que Maëlle a prise pendant nos dernières vacances en Irlande, et je dois dire que je l'adore. Elle a réussi à capturer le jeté de Pierre et les ricochets dans un alignement parfait. Du grand art!
I used a picture taken by Maëlle when we were in Ireland 2 weeks ago. See how she managed to capture both Pierre's movement and the ricochets! This is pure ART!
Pour ma part, j'ai aimé associer cette photo imprimée en Noir et Blanc et la couleur orange. J'ai matérialisé les cercles avec des tampons et j'ai utilsé des embellissements liège et les sequins Puppy Dog Tails de chez Spiegelmomscraps.
As far as I'm concerned, I printed this pic' in black and white and decided to associate it with one of my favourite scrap color : Orange. Then I used various circle stamps as well as some Spiegelmomscraps cork embellishments along with the now famous Puppy Dog Tails sequins (and officially my favourites!)
